  • Ideal stopover for a family with young children. The aquarium is small, but the sight of turtles sharks and rays is magical.

  • Not very big but entertaining children with such a popular quiz. See: A beautiful green turtle, pretty small aquariums, rays, and the Horseshoe

  • After a beautiful Foz arrival via the tram 1 (focus on the 500 bus if you do not want to browse the long promenade that runs along the ocean) arrived at the aquarium. Small size (nothing to do with that of Lisbon) but good for young children. Few finds despite the effort to make the visit fun (questionnaire with medal at the end for the ambassadors of the oceans) and the feelings that the fish have little spaces (including the rays which constitute an attraction at noon for the feeding operation, which is a little pathetic)

  • Depressing seeing fish alone in small tanks with fake seaweed, some just looking out at us and looking too depressed to even swim. Luckily it was small so over quickly, but expensive at 13 euros.
  • Definitely much smaller and (probably)older than Lisbon Aquarium, but a nice way to spend some time with the fishes, especially if it is pouring rain outside. Sharks were advertised as the highlight of the exhibit, but there are only a couple of small ones that we managed to see. The underwater tunnel was also much smaller than expected, especially if you have been to bigger aquariums around the world... But it was fun anyway just to sit inside the tunnel, as we were the only ones there and just watch some sharks, rays and a turtle passing buy slowly. The main memory of this place for us was definitely a tank with cow-nosed rays - those smiling things are sooo qute :)
  • It's bigger than expected:) Sharks, turtles and sting rays awsome. A must is feeding the sting rays...don't miss it if your around
  • Nice place to visit when it's not hot enough to stay at the beach outside.
  • The attraction was very small It was over in 30m. Almost not worth the money
