  • Museum entered in the gardens of the Crystal Palace. Small but very beautiful and interesting. Has guided tours where you can learn a bit of history of this villa overlooking the Douro. On Saturday the tickets are free.

  • When you visit the Crystal Palace can make the visit the Romantic Museum. Saved, view and beautiful gardens, but nothing exceptional. Would not make again.

  • We wanted to visit the museum on the last day of our trip to Porto. It says it's open until 17.30. We were there exactly at 17.01 only to see the doors close in front of us, and the staff refused to let us in as the last admission is at 17.00.
  • beautiful place, but the people are rude and dont even allow you to enjoy the full experience. its hard to buy a ticket if the person in charge wont even look at you because they're too busy. i loved it, but note its not easy
  • Charming but both the building and the staff could benefit from a bit of updating.
  • Nice little museum surrounded by beautiful gardens and view across the Douro
  • museum is great but the outdoor area is nice too
