  • Overlooking the sea can enjoy this fortress that shows impressive even by the sea. Someone always shows up to play.

  • Recommend stroll to reach the sunset here, just pass this beautiful monument, from which have wonderful views of the Duero on one side and the sea on the other, therefore access to the beach and to the building of glass, from which, despite being a horror from the outside, you can see a beautiful sunset and directly accessible by a footbridge on the back of the building , to the largest park in Porto

  • The castle is very nice, is part of the imagination of all residents. The view deserves a visit, the sea beach of Matosinhos, boaters, surfers, the Harbour and the new ex-libris of the cruise terminal, the equestrian statue of King João VI, the building and the Museum of the commands. To visit and enjoy.

  • This is an old castle at the end of Ave. Da Boavista, City bus can get there. Always some people exercise at the beach around the castle. There are great view to the City and Ocean.
  • Don't bother visiting on purpose. However it could be the starting point of a seaside walk (southbound) from here to Esplanada do Castelo or even Cantareira.
  • Beautiful leftover of times gone. Nice view of the ocean
  • A beautiful medieval fort that you most not miss if you are visiting Porto!
  • Local muito bonito, mas para praia é muito ventoso e a água é demasiado fria!
