Casa-Museu Guerra Junqueiro is a palace and museum in Porto, Portugal. It is a cultural center in memory of poet and writer Guerra Junqueiro.The palace dates back to 1730 and was built in Baroque style by Nicolau Nasoni. It is located at Rua de D. Hugo, nº 15. In 1940 the estate was donated by his daughter to honor him and it later became a museum.Exhibited in the museum is a collection of religious art, ceramics and furniture etc.

  • An 18TH century palace, belonging to the Dean of the Cathedral of Porto, acquired in the 20TH century by Maria Isabel Guerra Junqueiro, daughter of the poet Guerra Junqueiro, for there install the excellent collection of works of art belonging to his father and later donated to the Câmara Municipal do Porto, after works of remodelacáo reopens to the public. This House Museum is not very big, but it's pretty interesting, moreover, has a very nice bar.

  • Art Museum-apartment of the Portuguese writer in the Centre of Porto, at the rear of the Cathedral. A rich collection of art, mainly applied. Open daily from 10 to 17-30 (Sunday-with a break from 12-30 till 14). Entrance ticket 2.2 euros on weekends free of charge. Visitors under the age of 14 and over the age of 65 years old-free of charge, any day.
