  • The bridge is fine if you like bridges but even better is to stroll a little way West towards the sea and decide which little restaurant you sit outside and what fish caught that morning is to be barbecued for lunch
  • An iconic bridge. At the time it was built (1963), it had the biggest suspended concrete arch of any bridge in the world. Still a great living feat of engineering. Cool guided visits/tours from within the bridge(which has built-in elevators).
  • Grande vista Foz e Ribeira
  • Amazing bridge... Amazing views... day and night. One of the Oporto must see. Might be tricky to find the way in if you're walking from Gaia side.
  • Take a climb up the arc to have a great view of Porto.
