  • is my favourite Beach, has many rocks, but also areas without rocks to dive. Depending on the tide, may have natural pools or your a little more dangerous. Depends on the tide and to know that sea. Beach with much iodine, great for bones, but has little Beach, is a small beach.

  • Parede beach is small, so small that it gets lost in it among when is high tide. In return, the very scenic at low tide, with a long stengrunn that contains a clay one can lube in with-is said to be good for both skin and skeleton. This camp is also one of the reasons why there are orthopedic hospital and clinics nearby. Here one can look or just enjoy the crabs Sun and sand and sea. Paredestranden is also a favourite place for paddle surf. Also has a nice restaurant: Sargo. Good alternative to "big brother" Carcavelos.

  • Is beach is in the town of wall, then your name. The beach is not extensive and is characterised by rocks that contain enough iodine which is good for bone problems. Is frequented mostly by locals despite the amount of tourists who invade the Cascais line. Stay close to the hospital de Sant'Ana dedicated to problems of bones. The beach is well served by restaurants terraces which is great for those who want to spend long periods on the beach. It is popular for having too many practitioners of paddle surf.

  • Richest Iodine beach in Portugal for treating and alleviate symptoms of broken bones, arthritis, muscles, sciatica and other painful related conditions!
  • Normal lotada mas o mar calmo e o sol constante justificam
  • Sandy beach with bar and restaurant close, well maintained and quiet is probably the first beach should visit coming from Lisbon after more crowded Carcavelos (before water tends to not be spotless).
