  • A great place to understand better the region and local culture. Well organized and with a lot of facts about the history of Favaios.

  • Extremely interesting Museum, to see the history of the wine of Favaios and how bread is made. The Museum is interactive enough, children and adults can learn from games, aromas, textures .... The entrance is charged 1.50 €, but in the end we can drink a liqueur on the balcony with a superb view. Recommend!!

  • Museum and tour were well done. Part of a great small town Portugal experience.
  • A very nice Museum. Here you can find out the story behind the famous moscatel de Favaios and how it is made, and still know what makes you special wheat four corners of Favaios. Cozy and very well organized. Visual, tactile, olfactory experiences and buds only. Attentive and friendly. With a 1.5 € per adult with proof of Muscat in magnificent balcony over the vineyards is almost for free! I advise you!

  • A very interesting Museum, where we can learn the history that involves not only the bread and wine but also the growth of the earth around them.

  • "The Museum of Favaios's mission is" to preserve, document, interpret, and disseminate traditions, knowledge and artifacts related to the bread and wine in order to evoke and to perpetuate in the collective memory of these prevailing in the Douro region products ". The Museum is housed in a historical building known as "Work". The your estate consists of documents and artefacts relating to the two main local cultural and economic activities: the bread and wine.
