  • Located in Montemor, is a very different from conventional zoos zoo because the animals and the course are in the forest. The price is accessible (5 EUR adult) and has a great diveesidade. The course is quite long and irregular, being ideal for exploring Park 1 day!

  • Excellent for sightseeing to enjoy a set of beautiful and well cared for animals. ZOO, Discretized (positively about me) from other similar spaces.

  • We are a couple with a child of 2 years and we crossed us "with this park almost by chance in a small leaflet, by which we visit it without high expectations. However, it proved to be a fantastic experience and deeply surprising. If you expect a "traditional" Zoo, filled with colorful posters, cages and fresh-painted animal demonstrations, then forget it. It is an extraordinary space, run by a couple in love with animals, where these-in wide variety-live, in your most, in a very close your habitat (as far as possible). No wonder why, in the middle of the road (about 2 km, with several descents and ascents, should go prepared) cross-literally. with a nice family of lemurs or with a couple of peacocks in love! Later, I read several comments about the poor condition of the zoo and the sadness of the animals. It didn't seem at all. What shocked me was the absence of visitors (we haven't seen anyone during the entire time we were there except park employees), especially considering the price of the tickets (5 euros/person). I wouldn't mind anything to pay more, judging by the experience. Is it really worth it, regardless of age.
