  • Marquês de Pombal, in charge of the rebuilding of Lisbon after the earthquake. Truly climactic square, very beautiful and very big, giving the extent of the value of the Marquis to the history of Lisbon and portugal. Take a picture, or just spent quietly for her. It's worth it.

  • Another beautiful square in the heart of Lisbon, with a remarkable monument in the center of it. Reach the highest point and enjoy the view from up there. You will not be disappointed.
  • This historical character is very important to the history of the Portuguese people, for he was responsible for the rebuilding of the city after the earthquake in 1755. I was staying in a hotel across from this square that has a subway station that marked the beginning of all my daily visit to Lisbon.
