  • Being in this place I was offered drugs as 4 times in 5 minutes, is a true cancer the number of camels that are rampant at home. And the police, or do not know it or knows it and makes the blind eye (which is worse). The image I took Lisbon in general is much permissiveness with the crime, a genuine penalty because it is a beautiful city.

  • Figueira Square Praca da Figueira, got off the tram. Free route time looks the husband came around eight people and in those who come with a total of six people, joined in the middle two. Look at Statue Square through the Rossio Square and next to Miguel Hill, go to views of the Centre of Lisbon on off by alcobia elevator down.

  • We went there for dinner. Wide selection of meats, cheeses, artisanal sandwiches, for a snack or a meal. There is also a merchant of wine by the glass or by the bottle! It was busy when we went, but we managed to find a table. Feel free to talk to the merchants of their products.

  • Magnanimous resurrection of a place destroyed by Earthquake, Tsunami and Fire. The statue of King John I in the Praça de Figueira dates from the 1970. A very beautiful commercial place, made completely with tourists in mind. Both day and night will amaze you by its beauty and pomp. Look for the wonderful elevator nearby, build to connect the low land to high land. And much more. Just go there and feel it.
  • Had a lovely stay in Lisbon. Nice city with nice food, history and people. The street performers at night is great as well!
  • Photos taken in Lisboa- A paderia PORTUGUESA close to Monestry S. Jorge; Torre de Belem & Parca da Figueira - Joao I
  • Fascinating must-see spot. Explore all the streets around it as well.
  • Great place for vacation and learn more about Portugues History. Been in Portugal you must go there

Where to stay in Lisbon

Check into one of Lisbon's grand city center hotels to position yourself well to explore the central historical districts on foot. To avoid the potentially high prices of some of the Old Town's central upscale hotels, try staying in a hostel instead. While some hostels have an upper age limit for their guests, they're affordable and oftentimes offer access to attractions on par with or better than bigger hotels. In the upper town, opt for one of the family-run bed and breakfasts, which provide affordable rooms and, as the name would suggest, include a meal as well.
