Where to stay in Lisbon

Check into one of Lisbon's grand city center hotels to position yourself well to explore the central historical districts on foot. To avoid the potentially high prices of some of the Old Town's central upscale hotels, try staying in a hostel instead. While some hostels have an upper age limit for their guests, they're affordable and oftentimes offer access to attractions on par with or better than bigger hotels. In the upper town, opt for one of the family-run bed and breakfasts, which provide affordable rooms and, as the name would suggest, include a meal as well.

  • Awesome place to buy local food and alcohol !! Maybe it is a bit more expensive but it's worth the try ! Cheese is excellent, as well as the sausage and the Porto ! A must have in Lisbon !
  • A Gourmet Paradise! Have patience because the influx of customers is astounding. All that in a recognized Team thank you for professionalism and warm welcome. If you have questions ask! Get out with what I had in mind and a big smile of reciprocal satisfaction.

  • Well-stocked deli. We wanted to buy port wine for the kinship and variants were explained by the very friendly staff and were allowed to try extensively.

  • Insanely great shop with local products and a first class selection of port, Amêndoa he al. In addition, Deli great and if you believe to know already all souvenirs: try the dried fruits! No, not the candied, the dried! The taste of summer for super small money, the kilo to the 10-12 euro. And have you you ever thought about how many strawberries are needed to get a kilo of dried fruit? 🤗 top notch! A real must!
