  • Even in front of the Basilica da Estrela, is if this garden not too big, but well taken care of. There's a lake with a café with a terrace, very pleasant with good weather.

  • In these gardens, right opposite the Church estrela from which they take their name, you can find different plants and tropical flowers, palms and dracaenas, with geese and ducks that inhabit the various garden ponds. You can see various statues and a patio where they held meetings galanti and parties. Very pleasant to spend a sunny morning. Also the first Sunday of the month make a craft market. The only free thing in Lisbon

  • Nice to rest garden in the shade of trees. Nothing grandiose or majestic is a garden. However special mention to people who are in charge of cleaning the toilet: I've never seen a toilet in a park as clean and feel as good! Sounds can be crazy as a detail but it's so rare that I wanted to point that out...

  • Great place for a walk in nature in the middle of the city. Lots of people enjoying the fresh air and if you're lucky you can catch a fair with hand made items from local entrepreneurs.
  • The most beautiful and pleasant park in the city. You will feel a peaceful and relax vibe when you walk here. Ideal to jogging and to have family time. Occasionally you can find a activities like concerts and little markets
  • Calm, with plenty of kids and families about to keep the vibe decidedly friendly. There was a little flea market set up that I found quite charming, and I greatly enjoyed some ginger infused lemonade from one of the little cafeterias.
  • One of my favourite parks in Lisbon. Tranquil in spite of the central location, there's an excellent little bodega in the centre that makes very good morangoskas. Great place to just soak up the local atmosphere on a sunny day.
  • A good place to go with your kid, if you go by car parking can be quite hard. Normally hosts many events throughout the year.
