Interesting and comprehensive the visit (in Portuguese and English) of the stadium which is not perfect but addictive. You don't visit the trophy room.

  • An impressive stadium next to an impressive mall. I only experienced the outside of the stadium and I felt so small standing beside it. Visiting the fanshop is an experience I will never forget. Go see yourself and you understand why. As I visited it in the late afternoon I was able to watch some of the really young talents "playing" football. Really adorable to see them play.
  • Most beautiful and glorious stadium anywhere! Being there, one cannot help but feel all the glory of the best football team in the world!
  • Cool stadium tour. Great museum. 2 hours well spent.
  • The mother of the Portuguese stadiums, incredibly beautiful. The visit of Museum Cosme Damião is an experiences ever and cannot be described. One of the best clubs in the world.
  • It's a beautiful stadium. The crowd was amazing. That too from 1st level the experience is unbelievable.

Where to stay in Lisbon

Check into one of Lisbon's grand city center hotels to position yourself well to explore the central historical districts on foot. To avoid the potentially high prices of some of the Old Town's central upscale hotels, try staying in a hostel instead. While some hostels have an upper age limit for their guests, they're affordable and oftentimes offer access to attractions on par with or better than bigger hotels. In the upper town, opt for one of the family-run bed and breakfasts, which provide affordable rooms and, as the name would suggest, include a meal as well.
