Beautiful Stadium with good access, good parking, close to metro and buses. Clean space, lawn well treated and home of the biggest Club of Portugal. Recommend!!!!

The place is badly run and only for football fanatics. The home team is really bad as well. Nothing to see here  more »

My kids are fanatics of football and soon knew they were going to play Sporting Lisbon against Monaco demanded me more or less than go to the stadium so this was the first attraction that we met in Lisbon. The entry was a disorder as there were a lot of people lining up and very few boxes selling the ballots, I became quite expensive because you pay for my two children of 7 and 8 years the full price of 31 euros for each ballot, stadium is very wide and the Sporting fans never tire of encouraging his team in the end it was a good plan with football fanatics children

  • Home of Sporting Clube de Portugal, the stadium is very nice and of easy access through public transportation and by car, with plenty of paid parking space in the stadium's parking lot. It is usually very clean (except right in the aftermath of football matches), but some parts inside are in need of renovation. The mall doesn't have a big or varied selection of restaurants and shops. It has a nice museum of the club's history and plenty of club merchandise stores.
  • Nothing much to see. Hard to park your car around, traffic is usually caotic, and food options are miserable. Not the best crowd in the shopping mall either.
  • Very good cinema theatre. Few stores, but a good and cheap clothes store.
  • The best sports stadium that you can find in Lisbon that belongs to one of the oldest sports clubs in the world - Sporting Clube de Portugal!
  • What a beautiful stadium, there are no bad seats. Sporting the best team in the world.

Where to stay in Lisbon

Check into one of Lisbon's grand city center hotels to position yourself well to explore the central historical districts on foot. To avoid the potentially high prices of some of the Old Town's central upscale hotels, try staying in a hostel instead. While some hostels have an upper age limit for their guests, they're affordable and oftentimes offer access to attractions on par with or better than bigger hotels. In the upper town, opt for one of the family-run bed and breakfasts, which provide affordable rooms and, as the name would suggest, include a meal as well.
