  • This museum is located in the region of Belem, near the famous Jeronimos Monastery. Is a museum transports us in time and tells us a lot about the history and evolution of urban transport from Lisbon and region. In the collection we find many models of old cable cars that circled the streets of that secular city. There we can also traverse some of its embedded esoaços in one of these nostalgic cable-cars. Very worth a visit.

  • Not only Trams, there are old double Decker buses which allow on board visit (even the driver seat). Unlike other museum which only allow distance watching. Great.

  • The best place in Lisbon. Great exhibition presenting public transport in the city. Plus a ride with tram
  • Good Museum , like the old trams you can ride on as part of the price there are also buses and loads of old trams and a bit about the Lisbon metro as well in fact you even have to get one of the old Lisbon trams to get to the Museum from cais do sodre train/metro station
  • Recomended if you love trams
  • If you like trams, absolutely worth the trip. Not overcrowded and a short trip with an old tram through the domain is included. Open on mondays! Not on sundays and holidays.
  • Super interesting
