  • The Museum has paintings of the last century. The names of the artists do not remember. Quite interesting and some work very much. In the styles do not understand, often it is not clear what is depicted in the picture. But the overall impression from visiting remains very positive. You can go for a change.

  • Almost unknown to tourists this little gem. Very helped the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation to the creation of this Museum in 1994. Housed in a former silk factory, is dedicated to the work of the Hungarian painter Árpád Szenes and his wife Maria Helena Vieira da Silva, student of Fernand Léger and first woman to be awarded the Grand Prix National des Arts in 1956. Many artists ' works preserved and displayed. Not to be missed for those who appreciate the kind of abstraction of the two painters. Open every day from 10 to 18, except Mondays, admission € 5. With the subway stop.
