  • Got a cell phone the day July 31. Today day 1 August, I went to FNAC to return the phone since this has clear anomalies and demonstrated them to persons of FNAC. Perceived deficiencies but I was told in the store they only sell cell phones. They would have to send the phone to the mark and I should wait 30 days!! They asked me if nobody informed me about the return policy I replied no and they told me I should have asked (lol). They added that the invoice reports on the conditions of return. When I said that I only have the invoice after purchasing the phone. So the effect is zero. Finally, reported that there is a place that has the conditions for the purchase and sale of products. This place is recast. It is impossible to read it. Because it's on the back of last payment box. That is no one sees. Not even when you're going to pay. Only employees can view the never FNAC. Nobody warns you when you're buying the product! SHAMEFUL not returning a phone with problems visible!! DON'T BUY CELL PHONES at FNAC!!!!!!

  • The nicest mall you can go if you are visiting Lisbon for a short amount of time and you want to shop for something. A great variety of some international brands and a food court with everything from fast food to true Portuguese food. It’s beautifully ornamented for Christmas and it feels like a very cozy place to g with the family or loved one
  • This Mall was recovered after many years have passed from the great fire of Chiado. The warehouses, as they are still called today, were where the best stores in Lisbon showed their goods. The place was almost mystical in the imagination of the baby boomers. The remodeling and recovery of the building set a new era for the area and they are now the core of one of the best shopping regions in Lisbon as well as one of the more popular with tourists
  • A different kind of mall, right in the heart of Lisbon. Good place to chill a little bit and read a book. Has nice stores, also has good cafés.
  • It's a mall. Since I'm not a mall shopper, this place doesn't really excite me. Food court on the top floor has a good selection of choices for the days when food court food is on the menu. Decent Fnac store, along with full service NOS and Vodaphone stores.
  • Your typical shopping mall with the only interesting thing being the architecture of this huge building and the variety of food they have on the last floor... From international fast food to traditional portuguese snacks. It is a nice place to escape when its too hot to walk outside around lunch time and you still want to window shop

Where to stay in Lisbon

Check into one of Lisbon's grand city center hotels to position yourself well to explore the central historical districts on foot. To avoid the potentially high prices of some of the Old Town's central upscale hotels, try staying in a hostel instead. While some hostels have an upper age limit for their guests, they're affordable and oftentimes offer access to attractions on par with or better than bigger hotels. In the upper town, opt for one of the family-run bed and breakfasts, which provide affordable rooms and, as the name would suggest, include a meal as well.
