Algarve Balloons Reviews

We plan on a regular basis always stays in Lagos, have never noticed, that this life dreams come true even in this place. I only now discovered Algarve balloons on the Internet and didn't know whether I should tell Sabine. I was not comfortable at this thought. Finally, I jumped over my shadow and we asked for a ride in the balloon. On the 19.September, it was then so far. Meeting point was at 6:30 the Aerodromo de Lagos. It was still pitch black and when I saw the small "basket" of the balloon, the heart in the pants slipped me and I told Sabine she must alone meet their lifelong dream. Then came Helena, the pilot, and welcomed us. When I told her about my fear, she said a reassuring me. She gave me to understand she would end immediately, if I myself don't should feel good. It has helped me. After a short ride in the hinterland, we could help with using air to fill the balloon, by keeping open the lower opening. When he was stuffed and had set up the basket, the big moment came. "Boarding"... We climbed into the basket and got a stool to sit. Then it went very slowly upwards. Helena in between again asked me how I feel. I had since boarding at all not afraid anymore. It was always höher...die views was terrific. We floated in the rising sun always higher and an unprecedented silence surrounded us. From below, we heard some dogs barking and admired from the top of the Serra de Monchique. When Helena said that we were now 3000 meters high, one could look to Aljezur. It was simply indescribable. Our trip went slightly over an hour long. Helena showed us what we should still visit some of above some destinations. During the descent, we flew over a residential area. The people below stopped their cars, took pictures of us and waved at us. Finally, we ended up in the middle of "Nowhere" and the dream was over. Not quite... to our surprise, there was still a champagne breakfast with various meats and cheeses, ham and fresh fruit in the "pampas". Conclusion: Everything was a dream that became a reality! A big thanks to the crew, who had all the work with the balloon. And "muito, muito Obrrigado" HELENA! Thank you, that you were so comforting and you made me fear. Without you, we would have never seen something so very "nice". Many greetings from Sabine & Frank

Helena is really great! She puts people at ease, reassures them by explaining that the goal to fly in a balloon is to have fun and not to be afraid. Here at 6 a.m. we arrive on site and already she has the smile. She is caring for us. A group of 6 people for whom it is the baptism of the air as well. She is an experienced and serious driver. A beautiful experience with champagne and spades picnic and graduation of the first flight. Thank you.
