  • Is a small village (40 inhabitants in the winter) and 80 in the summer a little lost in the middle of nowhere very quiet and very little tourism (we found only one small bar to sober home, € 2.20 for 2 laranja sumol), the streets are narrow, colorful and have not suffered significant changes over the centuries. Visits are free and if necessary of the office tourism you explains very nicely the history of the village and makes you visit the Church. Strong Roman footprint and small Roman bridge in his time juice. Village to see and preserve the mass tourism.

  • Small village but with a lot of history, from the time of the Romans, can visit the well-preserved Roman bridge, the alleys with nice people, the Center has a cafe that sits along the former home of the Chamber and the pillory. You can visit the keep some parts of walls that still exist, the main gate of the walls is still intact, the former Bishop's Palace and its ruins and two museums (a mill and one of stone inscriptions from Roman times). Those who like history has a lot to visit. There is a trail of 18.5 km to monsanto for those who enjoy hiking. Site not to Miss near idanha-a-nova

  • The city is relatively large, even has the old part is new. where is the castle is the Church. It was closed when we were, you're not very careful. Not a lot of signals is a tough one to get there. the rest of the city in the old part, also does not have many signs, and streets where you can't even pass right. Is apparently the Board doesn't care, we almost had a problem with the car, whom we helped was residents. Lack of care.
