  • Lovely building but only guided tours allowed which are only twice per day
  • Best building in the town!
  • Great place.
  • The city of Funchal needs more shade between Avenida Sá Carneiro and the cable car, preferably with endemic and indigenous trees, such as Laurel, cedar wood. Heather or even shrubs. The bus stops are not suited to the rainy days and the days of strong wind. Why don't you kept the Portuguese pavement, on people's square and in front of the Regional Assembly. The plates, which replaced the Portuguese pavement, are already matches and are a hazard when z and there are a lot of holes to plug. Why are the bathrooms, in the parking lot of the Almirante Reis, Field are still closed. There is much talk of the volumetry of the new Savoy hotel, but what ´ was made to lock the volume of various buildings, between the area of Amparo, Monumental and high areas, what you've been doing ´ Lords mayors, Councillors, architects, among others. Where is the project or projects to preserve our amphitheatre and what is being done to recover and revitalize the area of Conde Carvalhal, the old town and the Poularinho and when you're ready to Chapel das Babosas. When is that recovers and reopens the levadas and footpaths, in Funchal, such as levada do Bom Sucesso, among others. There's a lot of work to do. Will the gentlemen candidates for mayor of Funchal, Councillors, architects, do not see any of this. You need to fix bugs, for that not to happen and we need to have more attention to detail and to decorative elements in our city, so it doesn't disappear or destroy them. When the city of Funchal back to have the movement, which was once in the sugar cane and wine, making the city of Funchal, a cosmopolitan city, attracts entrepreneurs from prestigious international quality in tourism, hospitality, trade , textile, shoe and jewelry area. Are there no pastries, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, cafés, bars, bolo do caco, they get. Why not make the city of Funchal, in a cosmopolitan city like Paris, New York, Vienna of Austria or Italy Venice, where the ladies want to come shopping and business people want to come in lunches or business dinners,
