  • If you come after 2:00 pm-already zastanesh' almost no fish. Only lonely and dealers have already washed counters. Fruit and flowers you can find at this time. Here you can come even to gawk at the range of total and fruit. The truth is not uderzhish'sja and buy-although if you meet these same fruits in the supermarket-will be much cheaper

  • This is known in Funchal market, we are very strongly encouraged to stroll up to the locals it themselves, but I have not received a positive experience from this visit ... Yes, there are a lot of flowers, bizarre selling fruit, meat, but local merchants are so focused on selling, that all forces, by hook or by crook literally attacked tourists, there was no passage from touts and merchants! And when I once again to the seller, a young girl, said "No, I'm sorry," then heard by some Portuguese profanity in my address, we immediately left the market without buying anything. Go there only if you have very strong psyche:)

  • If you don't have much time, it's not a "must visit" place. some shops are closed and besides 2 cafés and 2 toy shops you don't have much to see.

  • Pudiera ser mejor
  • This little arcade has some unique little shops with unusual souvenirs, Madeiran and continental. I've always felt welcome even when just looking around.
  • A bit overpriced but has good quality food
  • Tem de tudo
  • Pouco frequentado e com pouca oferta. No entanto bom para um cafezinho sossegado
