  • Not cheap at 7 euro a ticket for combined visit with palace. But the stunning blue tiles in the church make it worthwhile.
  • Annexed to the convent of Loios, the Church, adjacent to the Palace of the Dukes of Cadaval and pretty close to the Roman temple of Évora, is simply spectacular. On the façade, the highlight is the portal of entry, Gothic-inspired, which is just below street level. The interior of the Church delights with its white ceiling vaults, walls lined in tile panels and a beautiful high altar in gilt. You can buy a ticket that entitles you to visit the Church and the Palace of Cadaval, next.

  • Small church of the former convent of Loios. Is a good example of religious architecture with the use of Portuguese tiles. Not to be missed.

  • Belíssima e imperdível um bom exemplo da arquitectura portuguesa religiosa com azulejos.
