  • We had planned only to visit the church but when we found the palacio was included in the (for Portugal) costly entrance price (no credit cards either), we wanted to get our money's worth. There is ra...  more »
  • Attached to the ruins of the you, Roman, not is that it is not interesting. But indeed there are many better things, fortunately.

  • The Palace of the Dukes of Cadaval is located in Évora's historical centre, next to the Roman temple. It is very beautiful and, despite not being the greatest attraction of Évora, it is interesting to visit it for its historical value (is the home of the Dukes of Cadaval, an important Portuguese noble family) and for its beauty. One can know a little of what was the life of these nobles. And mostly you can tell a lot about the deals Church of Loios, with tiles
