  • The place of visitation is very beautiful and the wines are excellent, but I've been on two different occasions in the winery to buy wines, and they are missing out, they make you do the visitation in the cellar to be able to buy wine. Pear wine Manca can buy only one unit per person/per social security number.

  • For me one of the leading wineries of Portugal (which produces the beautiful and tasty Perâ-lame, which is only produced in the best vintages). The Grand Tour (which must be previously scheduled) is informational, very interesting and at the end you can enjoy great wines and oils produced by the Foundation, and you can buy a unit of Perâ manca (per visitor). It's worth it.

  • The location is beautiful, the tour is interesting despite being too full (25 people). The tasting is basic, and the best I found was able to buy the wine pera manca. Recommend

  • It is always a pleasure to visit Cartuxa winery! Both Ana and Eunice are the perfect hosts! This time I went there with some catalan friends, my girlfriend and my father. Ana showed us the ancient wine cellar, explaining all the production process of this precious 'nectar'. At the end Ana presented the olive oils and wines selected for our tasting, explaining each one of them during the tasting. Just PERFECT! Everybody enjoyed the experience, from the tour to the tasting. We will be coming back for sure, again and again... ENJOY!
  • I love the wine here. The vineyard is lovely and the facility is wonderful to see. The olive oil and wine is a must. I highly recommend coming here to grab a few of their products. Everything is of high quality and will make wonderful gifts to friends and family. The staff is always nice and helpful with selecting wines. I always make it a point to come here on a trip to Portugal.
