  • We did the tour that had no additional value to the price d the entry and it was a very pleasant experience, interesting and explanatory. facts about the production and conservation of the cheese, about the difference between soft cheeses is more consistent. All in all a unique experience and that was well worth it. There at the end a testament to cheese and wine that shows a little about what you saw. Has a gift shop with wines, jams, cheeses, liqueurs, etc with prices more affordable than most other places that we visited. I advise you!

  • Museum that, like so many others, unfortunately, is very little. It is recommended that you do the tour with a guide. and the guide that accompanied was extraordinary, in addition to very nice managed to also always captivate the attention of the young. the Museum worth visiting and ends beautifully with wine and cheese tasting!

  • The Museum is a major attraction of Peraboa, small village near da Covilhã, but which gives evidence of having people active and capable of good achievements, on which account this museum. Installed in a House much recovered, granitic the Museum makes a short visit but efficient, because it allows to know simply the history and process of manufacture of cheese, including cheese Beirão. On handmade tableware shows, in the choice of photographs and the descriptions, the pedagogical criteria are present. At the end a small proof opens the appetite for a good and cheap shopping in the store. Not to be missed.
