  • Had an issue with our room but manager came to the rescue and moved us to a wonderful room as it was our anniversary. I would not stay in the spa section if you are offered that option. Beautiful pool...  read more »
  • When we hear in quinta das lágrimas stayed with the idea for his story about a beautiful site and care. Unfortunately I visited the site to 10/5/2016, and the experience became a disappointment. The Woods, lakes, the Observatory as well as the path that takes us to this places is pretty sloppy. Just notice that give attention to the hotel and the area of Golf. I would ask more commitment and preservation of history.

  • Part of the hotel was under construction so they upgraded our room. The service is second to none, would highly recommend as this is the best hotel in the area. Would happily visit again and look forward to exploring more gardens during a later visit.
  • The hotel and the breakfasts were excellent. But the restaurant left a great deal to be desired. I had a "menu" at 40 Euros. The pork was dry and not at all good. I ordered a glass of red wine. The wine was fine, perhaps even better than fine, but there was barely enough for one good swallow. I could scarcely believe that the wine steward was serious.
  • Old but well preserved. Good facilities with nice and cosy rooms. The breakfast is good with several items. The gardens are wonderful! The staff is helpful and friendly.
  • It's possibly worth a 5 minute visit but nothing mindblowing.
