Good mall. A lot of variety. The floor features a restoration part outdoors where you can also eat with a great view to the city. Have US cinemas.

  • A mall. That's it. A good food area, nice interior design. Not easy to get here by car at first time but Coimbra's traffic is puzzling everywhere - nonsense roundabouts and hysterical signs are normal all around.
  • Amazing shopping mall, next to the river acros Coimbra. Lots of brand names. Nice Primrax with great children stuff. Huge parking.
  • This is near for all the students. They have open on weekends and there is a cinema. Loved it there. It is easy to reach and has a lot of different shops.
  • Clean, modern shopping mall. Good selection of cheap eats in the food court. Pedestrian access from across the river is not great.
  • Great shopping centre with all the usual Portuguese shops Free parking - mostly undercover Great access Really good food court with multi cinema and bowling Well known supermarket

Where to stay in Coimbra

Indulge in the medieval splendor of Coimbra by booking a hotel in the city's historical hilltop and hillside central area, which is home to the majority of its hotels and guesthouses. By staying right in the middle of the Old Town, you'll have medieval monasteries, Renaissance homes, and Baroque halls right at your doorstep. You'll also be within walking distance of the city's famed university complex. Alternatively, try staying in one of the center's youth hostels, which offer shared rooms, lockers, breakfast, and a comfortable bed at a fraction of the cost of an upscale hotel. These accommodations also give you a good base from which you can experience the city's student-fueled nightlife. To get away from the mainstream tourist center a bit, opt for a hotel or bed and breakfast in the quieter residential neighborhoods east of the university.
