  • For those who are interested in the arts is essential to visit this museum. I was surprised at how Mallhoa portrayed life in typical scenes with a stroke and with colors that are very personal. He was example of a golden age of Portuguese painting. Although not a very large Museum, has other attractions and worth knowing.

  • The Museum has a large booty of the painter José Malhoa and some good screens of the Lion Group to which he belonged. Is the way of our country through the eyes of men and women of the 19TH century Portuguese culture. The Museum is small, very pleasant with works, especially the Portuguese painting of the 19th century, very interesting. has a collection of small but very expressive pottery worth, stop and spend one or 2 hours that way. Stay in the Park d. Carlos, beautiful park and unmissable. The note are a few well deserved three euros with free audio guide that in this day and age is quite a find.

  • High value of entrance ticket, although spread over other visits (benefit of 50%), with late reference in relation to the benefit.
