  • Great place for kids! The staff was super helpful and friendly. Better with kids older than 5, although our LO with 3 enjoyed a lot  more »
  • My children have been to the Kidzania in Tokyo and loved it. For this reason, we decided to give it a try in Lisbon. I would say this attraction is not very well-suited for tourists that do not...  more »
  • A really nice place for your kids to visi, with several activities. Great space. For litle kids, they can be accompanied by adults.  more »

  • The place is fantastically planned. Each section is manned by an adult co-ordinating the section. The layout/design is 10/10 and the staff are brilliant, however They charge €14.50 for a 3 year old (& €10 per adult😓), however our 3 year old did not get to use it the way older kids did. She didn’t get to run and play in the supermarket/ drive the cars the way she would have liked to, kids are told how to do each thing... no room for their own imagination/self learning.... it’s ‘controlled’ fun. Definitely not for 3 years old, would recommend for the 4/5 years of age. lots of waiting in queues. Small groups in each session so waiting time can be long. Thankfully she was patient for some of it but she got tired and so we tried to leave and come back later after a rest but you can’t do that. So we paid €34.50 for 2 hours and couldn’t go back after she had a rest 😓 some sections don’t allow her participate, she wanted to do the postman (with our help), but that was only for 5+ years. There’s no area where kids her age can just run and play, I was surprised they didn’t have an area where young kids could just run up and down a slide and play on their own.
  • This place seems great for local children. Not so much for tourists. We were with our two boys (3 & 5 y/o) and they didn't understand anything. I'm giving it a five star rating because they were nice enough to refund us fully (50euros..)
  • Wonderful place for kids. We got in at approximately 11am and left at 6am for closing...and we could have spent more time there. Our little one had a blast learning and stepping into various careers and learning about the life of "grown ups"
  • This place was fantastic for the group of kids I have, 4yrs - 8yrs. Short queue or no queues at all, it was manned and the staff was really helpful. The staff mostly spoke portugess but they tried translating to our English spoken kids. Worth every penny spent, the kids got to understand what adults do, how to make money and how to spend money. Soo much for the kids to do, we spent nearly 7hrs and did not get to so everything.
  • The 3 stars are for poor age group advertisment. Definitely not for 3 year olds and definitely not for non Portuguese speakers. Not that young kids will suffer but paying so much only for them to get bored is not great. There is absolutely no toy, slide, swing or anything for young kids. All activities are role playing and almost certainly older kids will find them great but it is unusual for a 3-4 year old to follow the structure or to be patient to wait for the 10 minute average on a queue. Also communication was not great. We have queued for 20 whole minutes in the pretend airplane only to find out when we got in that we had to sit tight and pretend we are passengers as if plane trips were not boring enough already and found ourselves trying to entertain our 4yo the aw way e are doing in a trip. Not fun. The group of old kids that were playing the crew definitely had fun but it would be nice if someone told us what we were queuing for.
