Real Beach Alentejo coast. Great access, great beach, little wind, and great to shower either with high or low tide. Delights of the beach. PECA for not supporting infrastructures, like cafes or restaurant if you need something to drink or eat. Bathrooms have but this year the Chamber of Odmira FAILED MISERABLY! So it's not that I wanted to renew the toilets in full bathing season? Only in Portugal. Has only 1 Bathroom for each gender and in untidy. Otherwise excellent beach and for those who know, a good fresh water to cascade pass for water before we left. Just don't give high score for lack of infrastructures and of the works of the Toilet.

This was our favorite Beach because we love it more to jump in the waves, to almost tear us of these than to splash around in the shallow water. The cliffs are wonderful to climb on them. There are small "water falls" which protrude from the large cliffs (natural water that flows but from a hose) and little lakes and rivers form, in which younger bathers fun may have. There is though no kiosks booths or similar, which is handy but us.

  • One of the many West coast beaches. Anywhere else, the beach would be a sensation - just one of many.

  • There may be best beaches, but since I discovered this I visit whenever I come through the area. It is a site that traps. you walk into the place and back 4 decades... at a time when the beaches in Spain were better. If you like the bars, this is not your place. there... and I hope to continue this forever. 5-star seem few: I would give you a million.

  • It is the best beach in Alentejo, the people are very nice with low houses, white, blue and yellow. A spectacular and wild Beach without buildings or restaurants in first line of coast, unlike other areas of Portugal already too crowded by tourists. On the beach of the right natural pools are formed when low tide, being less cold water in this area. Pulling North have secret beach which is beautiful and difficult to access by it that is a very quiet and wild beach. Visit a must if you're in the area.
