  • We went to Krazy World 23 Feb. and my daughters (ages 8 and 10) and I had a blast! My girls were able to interact with rabbits, guinea pigs, llamas, goats, sheep, birds, snakes, etc... This was a wond...  more »
  • We went there in assuming that we went to a zoo. We had the error, krazy world is more an exotic Petting Zoo with what snakes, emu and an alligator. Very exciting was not our son of 4.5 years but liked it a lot, especially go-karts and quads (fees apply). It was a fun day but in my opinion too expensive, family ticket cost €34, and you had to pay for extra attractions

  • We went on 23 December 2017 and there were not many visitors, which was nice. The friendly staff performed all the duties, like feeding and having a show with a turtle, a falcon, a goat, an iguana, an...  more »

  • Nice place for the kids to see the wild life. The pool was cold, but they had a few great activities to do. Biking, pony riding, play on the bouncy castle and I watching a few presentations involving the animals.
  • Visited Krazy World whilst on holiday in the Algarve, with our 3 children 10, 8 and 5. Entry costs were reasonable and we were faced with the terrapin feeding area. For 50c you could buy some food and feed them, which the kids loved. Once through the gift shop, which you are required to pass through to enter the site, you are confronted with the pool and seating area which seems to dominate the site. It was very busy when we visited on a Sunday. This was a bit off putting, but once we moved to the Animal area it was a lot quieter. We were able to see all of the animals without having to feel rushed. The best exhibit was the alligator which came up really close to the glass which was exciting for my son who has learning difficulties. The next place to visit was the petting area. Again a nice quiet area which allowed the kids and my wife to get up close and personal, especially with the llamas including some young ones. Once again food could be purchased for 50c. Also got to meet a dwarf goat called Jorge. I think that due to the heat, most people were more interested in the pool and the water slide than the animals. The pony rides and the go carting areas were open, but just too hot to enjoy. If you like a relatively quiet visit to see some animals with young kids and have the chance to use a small water park, this place is for you. The only criticisms are that some of the snake tanks could do with the inside of the glass to be cleaned as it was difficult to see some of them due to the condensation which has dried on the inside of the glass, and the busy water park area, but I consider these to be minor. Overall a nice visit.
  • Nice place to spend the day with kids. Staff were very friendly, and the park wasn't crowded as the rest of similar parks in Albufeira/Algarve in August. A lot of presentations, shows and activities that keep the kids busy, in addition to the well-kept and clean pools.
  • We visited Krazyworld with our 3 children ages 6, 3 & 2 and they loved it. I read some very bad reviews about this place, in particular in relation to the care of the animals and I have to say I really disagree with what people said. The enclosures appear to be overgrown and muddy in places but in my opinion are more of a natural habitat compared to the "clean" zoos people are talking about. I think people tend to forget that animals in the wild actually live in the "wild" hence overgrown, muddy places. They were talking about the care of the animals and how their coats were matted and the conditions were awful... what I witnessed was that their coats had mud on them and therefore looked a little dirty but overall in my opinion the animals looked very healthy and well kept and most importantly "happy" which is a lot more than I can say about most bigger zoos across Europe. The whole place looked a bit simple compared to larger parks and therefore older kids might get bored but definitely for young children (under 8) I would highly recommend this place. The snack bar was nice and the staff were very friendly. The crazy golf was basic but our 6 year old loved it. For the little ones they really enjoyed the bouncy castles. The place was a little remote but I think this added to the character of the park and if you're like me and like the countryside, you'd say it was in a perfect setting. It is signposted from Algoz and was not difficult to find at all despite some of the comments in some of the previous bad reviews. If you have small children, this is a perfect day out and I have no doubt they would really enjoy it. For older kids and in particular, teenagers, then to be honest maybe it wouldn't be for them. Overall, I give krazy world 5 stars and will definitely be going back when we are visiting the area again.
  • Fun park in existence since mid 90's. It was a fun place for family and friends. Needs better mantainance.
