  • We will get to a dusty road information, scarce, but eventually this beach is worth the short trip (25 minute drive, halfway between Vilamoura and Albufeira). It's an extreme offshoot of the beautiful Praia da Falesia: here the red rocks bordering the beach are lower and less red, but the beach is always great, there is less crowded and you can leave your car in a large car park at the roadside, at low cost. You can rent sunshades or awnings, with 2 beds (about 12 euros per half-day, full-day 20).
