  • We thought this was a museum but looked forward to seeing Polish art anyway. There was an interesting temporary exhibition of Jewellery with very witty pieces . The upper galleries have very tradition...  more »
  • First of all-to the same Museum ticket, what the panorama Raclawicka, and both point of interest is more than a dozen steps. A total of 30 dollars you can see also: Ethnographic Museum and four domes Pavilion-a ticket is valid until the end of the year in which it was bought! Only four domes Pavilion can be visited only a week after buying the ticket-worth so this plan:) I really loved it. The museum itself is a fantastic building. Collections, primarily from Lower Silesia: paintings and sculptures, mainly religious-are very high. In addition, a large collection of Polish masters of painting: m: Matejko (!), w. Kossak (!), Malczewski, Gerson, of the late 19th century, Boznanska. Cons: poor descriptions-author, date, title. There is even mention of the technique, or a short description, which at least in important works should be found. The knowledge found in "Treasures of art"-a pity. The other downside was the service. 2 with guarding the meeting rooms very gburowato and without justification they behave to visitors. However, I recommend to see, because it is important to know how wonderful and rich is a Polish art:)
