Spend some time strolling in the sun at Lazienki - Royal Residence Park. Once the hunting ground for Poland's kings, this park is the largest in the city, occupying 76 hectares (189 acres) in the central district. Start your walk at the opulent palace built for King Stanislaw August Poniatowski, who acquired the property in 1764. Next, head to the park's star attraction, an amphitheater inspired by ancient Greek and Roman architecture. The theater's stage, situated on a small island in the park's lake, provides an idyllic setting for live concerts and plays. Check the website for upcoming special events. • In Royal, I had the opportunity to be a couple of years ago, I remember, however, that is the place that will give you a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Sights in addition to entertaining the rest here

  • Very nice and quiet place to spend a good time relaxing. Very large. It has areas that seems to you to be in the forest. There are the Belvedere Palace; the Palace on the water and the Chopin memorial.

  • Beautiful and serene park in the middle of the city. Very well kept and safe, but huge so expect to spend some time in it. Worth visiting before or after going to the Belvedere Palace. On Thursdays, the entrance to Lazienki Palace is free.
  • I visited the Łazienki park for a piano concert held on Sundays and it's beautiful, lots of green, the park is well maintained and a perfect place to relax on the weekend with friends or even just alone! :)
  • What a wonderful place. Neatly maintained. Calm and serene. It's green all around a very good place to unwind.
  • Large, beautiful, quiet, and peaceful park. Bring hazelnuts to feed the squirrels or just watch the peacocks for a while. In the summer there are free Chopin concerts every weekend.
  • Beautiful. I have enjoyed the atmosphere, the big trees and beautiful buildings and statues, a ride on a boat...
