Stare Miasto is a municipal neighbourhood of the city of Szczecin, Poland, situated on the left bank of the Oder river. It is the oldest historical district in the city. As of January 2011 it had a population of 4,816.

  • in keeping with the historic squares, cut into half Polish but small and rebuilt. Is the only part of the city, along with the Castle and along the River, to give an idea of how it was originally the city (before the bombing)

  • Quite small. Much smaller than squares in Krakow or other large polish cities. Still nice and well worth a look. Trying the Japanese restaurant tonight. Fusion was full up apparently. 
  • The market is very small. Nothing to see here. Sit back, drink a beer and flee;))) Better sit on the River:)
