  • This building was a single surprise for me. It's something special already the timber-frame construction and the shape of the Church from the outside. Because it is an Evangelical Church I was expecting also the Evangelical simplicity inside. Figured wrong. The baroque interior of the Church probably surpasses the most Catholic churches. The distribution of the nave is exceptional and although Baroque and magnificently it is not overloaded. Admission is for the proposed moderate and if you stayed in the neighboring Barokowy Zakatek even free of charge.

  • History of this church is incredible. AZ it is hard to believe in what you hear during the tour. You'll just have to see. Whenever someone visits with Polish is a mandatory section of the program-and has not yet happened, someone came out disappointed. And yet those authorities, which after many years again they sound extremely unlikely.

  • In Svidnicu came specifically to see this church. Settled immediately at the hotel on Church territory. You should know that the Church is open from October to March only on Saturday and Sunday in the morning. The rest of the time it is closed, and you can get there only by appointment. That is, you need to ask the hotel staff to contact the caretaker, and he can open a church until the next day! From March to October it is open as any Museum. For those who lived in a hotel on the territory of the Church (Barokovy Zakatek), admission free. For all other adult ticket-10 €, children 5 €. Individual tourists warden gives folder (they are in all major European languages and Russian), which describes the history of the creation of this church. It really built only from wood, clay and straw. Accommodates 7.5 thousand. believers, although outwardly never would not say. Looks like a large timber-framed house, and inside it is something amazing! It is fully painted, very interesting designed, the word is a must see. Nothing like I've never seen! Now there is a partial restoration, but it does not prevent to get incredible pleasure from viewing this masterpiece. At the Superintendent can buy small souvenirs in memory of this architectural miracle. I recommend a visit!

  • Beautiful place it is a shame that they don't respect closing time at 18.00! At 17.45 the receptions already shut the entrance door at the church (nobody was visiting) and went to close the main gate of the gardens.
  • Beautiful
  • Magnificent
  • Revelation. The only pity is that galleries are not available.

  • I remember the Church from the beginning of the 1990s. It was a ruin. Today is a real gem. It's worth it.
