  • The fenced, with free entry is a cool solution, but in the winter (November) here you will find almost no animals. Unless in the Pavilion, to which entrance is payable (enter, even to warm up:)), I suspect that this place is lively in the summer or spring, when it is, however, more greenery and is warmer. Well, there are more animals "for show".

  • Zoo small but having your climate. Worth a visit to see the buildings from the 19th century and modern gadziarnie.

  • Little pets. Location good, but only for a walk. A few benches. In total, you can go with your children to relax and continue the city tour

  • More park oriented zoo than conventional. It's nice.
  • For starters - it's free. The Old Zoo is more of a park, with memories of the Old, real, Zoo. There are some animals, but the reason to visit is the park. It is well kept and walking through it is an excellent way to spend hour an half or so.
  • Very enjoyable with kids, there is a playground and several farm animals.
  • They moved mosto of the animals to the new Zoo but you can still see the reptiles and fish.
  • Fotostrasse is not a big fan of Zoos but we have to make an exception for Stare Zoo Poznan. One of the oldest zoos in Poland, dating back to the 19th century, you have to go there to play around with the farm animals that are everywhere and to understand how zoos used to look like a long time ago. Stare Zoo is not big and you can enter the place for free and enjoy some shade and the amazing komodo dragons that are there.
