Park Cytadela offers a numerous walkways and open spaces for jogging, skating, cycling, or just wandering. The site of the Fort Winiary was turned into a park in the post-war period. See the remains of 19th-century fortifications and various open-air sculpture displays. The park also features a military museum, nine military cemeteries, and an amphitheater. At the top of the steps that form the main entrance to the park, you'll find the heroes' monument overlooking the cemeteries.   • I plan on going back when this is open, but it looks really awesome from what you could see through the fence. There are 4 tanks outside that can be viewed even with the site it closed.  more »

  • Beautiful open space to walk or run. Plenty of pathways and trees. The war memorials were an interesting surprise along with the numerous sculptures along the paths
  • Beautiful open space park with war memorial and museum. Go for a long walk and don't forget to go to the Rosary!
  • A large park containing military museum and lots of green plants. it felt like i'm in the forest. plenty of space for workout. great atmosphere to walk with your partner :)
