Tropical corner in the middle of the Polish cities. Despite the fact that the whole enterprise remembers the pre-war times (1911!) the entire structure of the building holding up well, but in my opinion, requires a bit albeit more modern housing. Though with the old solutions, it has its original and archaic climate. By joining in the Poznań Palm House in the thresholds we'll see not only plants but also animals! The Palm House is thought through, from time to time you can lurk and unfit for further hikes. From the outside the Palm House seems by far the greater. On the inside I was under the impression that there soon from it I ...;) A very nice accent is present in the Palm House Café. Café 7 Continents has a very interesting Ant Colony, which everyone should see! Very successful attraction of knowing that every tourist must visit! :)

  • This is place one of it's kind. Very beautiful plants and birds but it's very hot. Recommended to wear only short sleeve. There's always >20 Celsius degrees.
  • Palmiarnia it is a unique place in Poznań and in Poland. It has a huge collection of plants from all over the world. And very nice aquariums. It could be a litte bit more tidy over there. It is a cafe and souvenirs shop inside.
  • It just feel tropical inside ... a different world from out side. One of the best places to visit in winter.. Feeding the fish will really a great experience
  • Awesome place, great for kids and adults. Don't forget to buy some fish food for the massive koi that live there.
  • You can feel like in a jungle inside. There are also some animals in there.

Where to stay in Poznan

Poznan draws huge business crowds during its international trade fairs, which cause a drastic increase in hotel prices. Business travelers cram the centrally located hotels during the week, so weekends remain the best time for sightseeing visits on a limited budget. Unless you have to stay in the city center, consider one of the outlying neighborhoods' hostels, which come in all shapes and sizes. Cozy guesthouses offer another affordable option, providing simply furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and private parking.
