  • Fascinating and exceptionally well done small archeological museum, telling an interesting story. One of the best of its kind I've seen.  more »
  • I went to reserve, because I had a ticket. By going to the (strange name btw) Lady even word not spoke, weird. After the question if you can enter, I heard that 10 minutes is the next entrance. I went as the only and ... the movie ok, generally I don't like 3D movies because I have a headache. but I experienced. Same section and I loved it. And a description of the places also.

  • Genius Loci Archeological Park is for hardcore history lovers like me. There you can see a different view into Poznan’s medieval past. This is an archeological site where you can unearth, reconstruct and understand how was the life of the people that used to live on the Cathedral Island more than a thousand years ago. At Genius Loci Archeological Park you will be able to see the original stone and wooden structures that date back to the 10th century and walk on a glass path on top of the original city walls and embankments. I don’t know if this place is for everybody but I loved to be able to see how Poznan looked like so long ago.
  • Awesome museum
  • nice
  • Tour consists of two parts: the first is a short documentary film made in 3d, then goes on watching from above and from the side of the remains of the fortifications, as if frozen in time. Going down is a wall built when the Ostrów Tumski was owned by the Bishops of Poznań and the shaft from the days when the island was an important fortress of the first Piast dynasty. There are also several display cases with wczesnośredniowiecznymi treasures and three-dimensional facial images reconstructed on the basis of population.

  • A small museum but carried out in a very interesting way, the main attraction are the discovered archaeological site which is a museum. You can observe the following soil layers and hidden in them are the stories of the Castle, which was once here.
