  • Visiting Fort Central Fortress Osowiec was definitely a good idea. The same Interior may not be the most spectacular, but a great feed guide in an accessible way a ton of interesting information makes it an interesting experience also for people less interested in the subject. The whole trip takes 2 h wheel and runs smoothly even if the group is large. Take full boots and a flashlight. The only "downside" was a small museum containing although many interesting exhibits, but zapyziałe and "old Museum" to a fault,

  • An amazing place on the way to Elk, worth Hills Road and enter the premises of military unit, to meet a pair of historic flavors. Each adult person should have ID card-without the tour's going. A place full of secrets, undiscovered corners, amazing legends and tales. And how will the Guide Mr Woronę is a two-hour tour is a real pleasure. My 5-year-old rebel at the prospect of a long walk back off after a few minutes and there was taken up of Mr Mirka on the step. With the rozdziawioną face and smile from ear to ear without the word waffle went the whole route. And in addition, each person in the Group has received from the Lord Guide small souvenirs autographed and scales after refills. Kids happy, adults love, attraction worthy of command. NOTE: you have ID card! You can make dogs:)

  • Not only for lovers of military. For anyone who is interested in a little history. The same complex of huge but seeing only a small part, located on the territory of a military unit. Hence the need to have an identity document by persons of legal age. On the spot are waiting guides, collector group. Then about two-hour tour. Necessarily comfortable shoes, and for minor heat clothing. Guides to enthusiasts, so they tell interesting, add a variety of trivia. Really worth it!

  • Mirek Worona - amazing, young at heart man, whose passion and commitment ignited a flame, which saved this incredible place for future generations, was our guide during the trip. Vast knowledge, complimented by a rare skill of relaying a chunk of it to us, tourists, with ease, is a treasure trove of history, that thanks to him and people he inspired, will not be forgotten. If you are within driving distance of Osowiec during summer months do take the trip and be amazed by the imposing structure itself and meticulously restored artifacts at the museum. Thousands of lives perished here, but the fortress itself survived, despite tons of pyroxylin being detonated inside its chambers - a testament to its construction. There is a donations box at the museum, so please give generously, as this is purely a non-profit organization. Hopefully, the surrounding structures, including the Zarzeczny Fort will become available to tourists as well one day, along with expanded services catering for visitors from abroad. It is partially a military area, so access is restricted, but hopefully, full potential of this place will become apparent to the local Government soon as well and fully realized therafter. • Very knowledgeable local guide gave us a private tour here. Worth it if you've never visited a 19th century fortress in Poland.
  • Nice place in a nice area
  • Not only for lovers of military. Also for those, who, although a bit interested in history. With the massive area provides a small part, on the territory of a military unit. Hence the need to have an identity document by persons of legal age. Guides to enthusiasts, who Interestingly tell stories and share different dykteryjkami. Tour lasts ok. 2 hours and you have comfortable shoes and also for pozaletniej warm clothing. To see and listen to.

  • A nice two-hour guided tour. You have to remember to bring your Passport, otherwise not allowed, it's at the end of the active area of a military unit. Recommend.
