  • Firstly it's important to know, that it's not only the film museum. Main part of the exhibition are interesting cinematic devices, history, photos. For Poles it is exciting to see past animated storie...  more »
  • If you're a film historian or buff it's a great museum. Lodz has a rich history in film, great directors and cinematographers came out of the Lodz Film School.  more »
  • The museum is located in the extraordinary interior. You can see everything what is important in film history connected with our city and it is absolutely "must visit" in Łódź.  more »

  • The start is kinda about the technical topic of making and cutting movies. The rest is mostly about polish traditional stuff. Mostly pictures on walls - for me personally not that interesting. While walking through the museum we were told in a rude way that we should follow the proper path, even if we didn't want to and other ways were not blocked. Wouldn't visit again. Two stars because the technical parts were interesting for me personally.
  • Interesting museum about the history of cinema, with many authentic cameras, projectors, mix tabled, posters etc. However there are only very few explanations in English, and the museum barely speaks about the rich cinematographic history that is specific to Lodz.
