We had an amazing time with Ari's team on our trip. Ari was very responsive and he reminded us the day before the trip what time and location and even let us know if we needed to bring anything extra like swimsuits. They were early coming to collect us which shows that they were a very professional team. Ari was very friendly and made our trip feel very comfortable. Even on our way back, Ari put a water and a chocolate filled crossaint on every chair as a nice treat back which was appreciated. I'm so glad we booked here as we've had a great experience.

• All this was really, was a lift to venues – there is no value add or extra information. • There was a driver and another – not sure why – could the trip not be more cost effective with just the driver. There was no commentary or support so the driver could have said when to come back etc. • Only “refreshments” on board was 1 x water and 1 x pastry on way home. very disappointing
