  • It is a museum that consists of three floors. The last one is contemporary art and temporary exhibitions (I went in April 2016 and had a sample of stamps from the postal company of Poland). The other galleries are in the history of the country through the army and weapons; and the lifestyle of high Polish society (clocks, Bohemian glass, ceramics, clothing...). In the main lobby there is a souvenir shop and books of the Museum and Kraków.

  • Pretty disappointed with our visit - only permanent exhibition that was open was modern polish paintings. 2nd floor completely closed and we werent told this until after we had paid.  more »
  • The Museum has in its collection of exhibits the highest attempt. However, I have the impression that they are exceptionally badly exposed and poorly placed. Bother me particularly lighting, which, in combination with the high-gloss varnish composed of nieestetyczną images and hindering the receipt of glow. Some works were placed too high, the other too low ... A very bad impression on me did the fact the lack of information about the lack of accessibility to the Czartoryski Collections. Workers should inform the visitors to close some exhibitions, as we have been in the cloth Hall misled-buying a pass for all exhibitions do not we have been advised that the Czartoryski collection is not available to the public. The harvest moves to S and the closure of the entire "Arsenal" we learned from bodyguard! We wanted to see the ancient part of the collections owned by the Princess Izabella and we felt very disappointed and "naciągnięci" for the purchase of the Carnet, which included also the less interesting (of course only in our view) and cheaper. I believe that in any branch of the Museum should be information that exposures are available to the public, and which are not.

  • Why wouldn't anyone give 5 stars for this magnificent gallery???!! On 3 levels. A great collection of Polish early 19th/20th painting and also from the late 20th. Wonderful.cafe serving snacks.
  • You must visit this place if you are in cracow. Very cool sculptures and paints (even for children)
  • Excellent permanent exhibition of 20th century Polish art. We go there every time we're in Krakow and there are often very good exhibitions of photography, paintings etc. showing. Don't forget the Ethnographic museum in Kazimierz too!
  • Very interesting museum.
  • Nice place to visit when you in Krakow
