  • As the input is included with a visit to the Cathedral, there are to visit it, even to spend a few minutes because, if you will, not is it takes longer to go inside, especially upstairs where you can see different objects related to Pope Juan Pablo II (strange gift that made him the Apollo 11 astronaut) (: a letter handwritten with a small picture of them on the Moon and over a small cross that brought on the expedition). It is anything more out of the Cathedral. Where is the statue of Juan Pablo II, right, in a building which is accessed up a small staircase. To know and understand Krakow should see the importance of the Catholic Church in this city, whose religion is still present.

  • The pride of Krakow Pope John Paul II lived in this house when he was in the city. His belongings are in the house a nice tribute to this kind gentle man.  more »
  • I do not want to sound too negative, but the Krakow Church is a large tilt in p. JP2. The exhibition of his gift, the vestments are in Wawel Museum, łagiewniki, sanctuary and in some reason. A little too bad, because one of the oldest dioceses in the US had many churches, patrons, bishops who left highly decorated robes, Mithras, images, sacred vessels. And in the Museum, they are just an addition to the coins with the Pope. A great disappointment because I would have expected to travel after the gilded and embroidered souvenirs of the past, and zastałam is what I've seen in the Lagiewniki Sanctuary and JP2.

  • Small but nice museum!
  • Super
  • A good Museum! Is in the House, where Karol Wojtyla (John Paul 2). Three exposures. Exhibition on the second floor is dedicated to the life of John Paul 2. There gathered his things, paintings, photos, furniture, medals ... The second exhibition is represented by the medieval icons and sculptures, many different religious items from precious metals. The third exposure-time and took the 2 smaller rooms in the basement. The Museum, though he was on my list of places to visit in Krakow at the end.

  • On the way to or from the Wawel Hill, you can stop here for a while and see memorabilia from Karol Wojtyla. For taking photos you have to pay.

  • A small museum, probably for some, because it contains souvenirs (e.g. diplomas, gifts from heads of State) John Paul II, the rich collection of vestments, insignia of Queen Jadwiga and interesting paintings and sculptures. The Museum is housed in tenements # 19-21. House # 21 is also known as the home of Deanery and Karol Wojtyla lived as Bishop. Note: in the Museum do photos until after you purchase the option of shooting for 5 zł ...
