  • On a visit to the Museum of the Navy waited more than a year. Had this huge hopes, because the possibilities so interesting topics are virtually limitless. In addition, the new building and so another range of possibilities. Unfortunately, I left very disappointed. The whole exhibition is constructed on the principle of Museum trends from the previous century: showcase, description, description, and even more of the description (in display cases, boards, everywhere around. Something very got, was a surrealist directly the amount of cards and tags "DO NOT TOUCH". It goes without saying that some of the things in the Museum absolutely must be protected by a gablotą, but if the piece is hanging on the villain logbook that compressive strength gunshots, battle, combat use, with all due respect, but the visitors touching it rather it will not break down, the more if it is mined and reclaimed so in reality a piece of iron, without any operating elements. The strong point of exposure was a temporary exhibition of the work of Adam Verkiai, just a pity that it was not possible to purchase ANY reproduction of the work in a larger format. It was available only a small album. There is no way not to mention also about employees of the facility, who seemed to be offended by the fact that someone dares to disturb them. Only nice Mr. Security Guard (the first floor exposition) broke up with this bad trend. One word: huge, but totally wasted potential. A great pity.

  • Located by the seaside the Naval Museum in Gdynia tempts exhibits already from a distance. Expositions inside-gradually changed, the ability to book tickets for large groups.

  • A must visit. Great location. Very well equipped with exhibits, both exposure inside and outside. I highly recommend it.

  • Nice museum, has torpedos and other naval warfare artifacts, however half of the museum is in english so it is hard to understand what you are apreciating. Still recomend to visit it.
  • Very interesting museum
  • Very nicely done
  • Bardzo ciekawa wystawa, zwłaszcza cześć zewnętrzna
  • A very interesting museum with many items and offering very much "squeeze and feel" on the larger pieces. Unfortunately, much of the history and context, because there are no signs in English.
