  • We visited this place today. After a slightly sketchy start (discovering they don’t provide towels or even have any to rent) we actually had a very nice time. The whole place is cashless and so you use your wristband to pay for any extras once you’re in - sauna access, food etc. You then pay on exit for the balance. We spent the majority of our time in the sauna area which is adult only and very chilled. It’s a traditional sauna area so expect to be naked for this part. Here a towel is provided but you can’t take it out of the sauna area. We tried 2 of the outdoor pools, the bottom one of which is lovely and warm, especially when it’s -10 outside like today. In order to dry off as best we could without towels we spent our last 1/2 hour in the restaurant. You can either by food by weight as is common in Poland or there is also a small selection of pizzas for around 30 PLN. We opted for the pizza that was pretty decent. All in all we had a nice time. The place was spotlessly clean and staff friendly. It would benefit from having a towel rental service and perhaps a few helpful signs in other languages - if you’re going to have Russian and English on the website then reflecting that in the actual venue seems a reasonable expectation.
  • The spa and water atractions, thermal baths are fantastic. Perfect to recover after 12 hour hike in the mountains. However there were no signs in English in the spa, also all announcements were in Polish, so didn't understand a thing. They could at least put pictures up or something...
  • Amazing place for family swimming. Very nice hot water. Outdoor pools in winter time are priceless. Many different size pools, suitable for babies and for all ages adults.
  • Very pleasant place, kind staff (especially in the sauna area). The water installations are amazing (the water is great) and it's intimate and relaxing. I recommend this place over another bigger thermal bath firm (the biggest one in the area which was awful).
  • We came as part of a tour group from Krakow. It was a good family friendly environment. I will say one thing and it’s just a heads up for English speakers, the staff is super helpful, but they were not as fluent in English, I’m not saying they should be, but just a heads up. Also, up top there is a restaurant with food drinks and beer, you scan your bracelet and then pay as you leave. Thank same bracelet gets you a locker, so next time I will keep my wallet there, our tour guide said not to bring it :( As far as the pool/hot spring experience id say it was good, but less than onsen in Japan. There is a really fun slide though ^^
