Hidden Garden, Vigan

3.6
Hidden Garden features a restaurant and a cafe in a relaxing setting filled with tropical plants and flowers, carved wooden sculptures, and lots of clay pots. • Lots of plants --kinda therapeutic to look at. They have different kinds of ferns, some herbs, and bonsai plants to name a few. You're gonna enjoy roaming around, plus there's a restaurant inside. The comfort room is zen-like: glass mirror at one end; you can look at a miniature garden through the glass while you take your pee. But the prices of the plants being sold are way too pricey (compared to Baguio price).
  • Great ambiance and great food. This place is nature inspired and sells a lot of nature based souvenirs like bonsai, wooden souvenir etc. You should also try out the Ilocano dishes sold here.
  • The place is very homey and very Filipino...the garden is amazing...diff. varieties of plants sold and only for a cheap price...there is also a restaurant here wherein they serve diff Filipino dishes...the shake is amazing! Overall a great place to go to!
  • The food and ambiance was the reason we came to this restaurant based on the recommendations of our tour guide. Loved the seating and garden atmosphere, made for a more tolerable outdoor dining experience despite the heat. The food was good but have had better from some of the local street vendors, but still quite good. There is a bit of a sales pitch given to you as you explore the garden area and at every turn you are offered some sort of plant to buy or souvenir. Although we did not buy any, the pressure to buy was less here than it was on the historic road nearby. Overall I will come again if given the opportunity
  • The ambiance is considerably a must-see if you are a local. They serve Filipino (Ilocos style). There are some souvenir items to buy in the premises. Take some pictures of a Buddhist or Christian themed landscape. Most likely filled with tourists.
