Daranak Falls, Tanay

(110+ reviews on the web)
Waterfall
Daranak Falls provides visitors with a picturesque 14 m (45.9 ft) cascade, and a deep spacious pool for a cooling swim. The site has plenty of amenities, including showers, restrooms, and life guards on duty. You can hire picnic tables, as well as floats for less confident swimmers, at the falls. Weekends can get overcrowded, so if you'd prefer a quieter experience, consider visiting on a weekday before lunchtime. The humidity of the site means it's also worth bringing along some bug spray. • This is the nearest waterfalls you can find if you're from Manila. Overnight stay not allowed. You can transfer to Batlag falls if you want to camp out.
  • Beautiful sight just an hour drive from the city. Cant believe such a place exist near the suburban. A must to be visited. The local guides are very entertaining and informative as well. A recommended place to escape to from the busy city life.
