  • Serin may be a bit small compared to other Ayala malls but it has a great open space layout with free parking and it has a good selection of establishments inside.. it has a drug store, bookstore, department store, supermarket, convenience store, pet shop with grooming service, bank, atm, a couple of retail shops, coffee shop and a handful of restaurants. I would choose to go to this mall each time if it were in the metro where i reside =)
  • Ayala Malls Serin is a spacious and great mall. There are a lot of fast food restaurant here and the view is great. Have a visit here.
  • The location is nice. The mall tries to provides the greenery it can. It can be a good place to just chill out if you prefer chilling out while there are other mall goers. I would suggest trying out other places in Tagaytay though. Much of the area is an open space so watch out for slippery floors when it rains, things can get very slippery.
  • This review is for Silantro. The food here is very good but the service is poor. The wait staff are like zombies just mindlessly going through the motions. The last time I was there I sat at a table and someone plopped down a menu and glass of water and walked off without making eye contact or saying a word. It seemed like no one there was interested in doing their job and so after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take my order, I got up and walked out.
  • Pretty much everything you can expect from a mall. It doesn't have a good view of Taal Volcano, however, you can expect to get what you need here: food, clothing, place to hang out.

Where to stay in Tagaytay

The main accommodations of Tagaytay sit along the ridge that forms the spine of the town. The road that snakes its way along here contains many of the restaurants, services, and urban attractions of Tagaytay, so the ridge represents the town center, unfurled. You'll find hotels of great variety along the ridge, as well as some simple guesthouses and hostels. Set back from here, some larger resorts make use of the increase in space by offering wellness-retreat-style accommodation, fine-dining restaurants, and rental apartments.
